Best place to stay around prosecco hills and dolomites

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Wir waren im April zu dritt in dem sehr schönen Häuschen von Fabian und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hatten viel schlechtes Wetter, umso mehr haben wir uns bei Regenwetter über das heiße Jakuzzi gefreut. Auch im Haus wurde es dank des Kamins nie zu kalt. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man eine tolle Wanderung unternehmen. In einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit ist man in den höheren Bergen. Wunderbar, dass man im Umkreis viele kleine und große Städte besuchen kann. Viele gute Eisdielen und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

we stayed for 3 nights and this will stay in our good memories for a long time. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and to add to this, the roads nearby are made to take a walk and enjoy the serene nature all around the place which are dotted with beautiful homes. If you have a car then supermarkets and restaurants are just a min or two away. Coming to the home, its a perfect place for a small family with fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom. The Bathroom is renovated and brand new with all modern fittings and floors (felt like my home). The host Lukasz is really very warm and responsive in every way. he helped us with local sight seeing, recommendations of good spots and always there to provide an input to make us feel at home. He would help us even during - totally appreciate this warm gesture. Totally recommend this place as it is nearby to many trekking trails and historical spots. Enjoy the ambience and nature. Lastly thanks Lukasz for the coffee. :-)

Wspaniała lokalizacja, ciche miejsce w sam raz żeby odpocząć po ciężkim dniu na nartach. Blisko do sklepu oraz pizzerii. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uprzejmy chętnie doradza. W naszym apartamencie czuliśmy się jak w domu wszytko było na swoim miejscu polecam i na pewno wrócę.

We had a first floor suite that was very roomy and clean. The hot water never ran out and the bed was very cozy. Two things you need after a long day of hiking in the mountains. Werner was helpful with doing the laundry and very kind. There is a very steep hill to climb to the house so if your knees are bad you may think twice. Altogether a beautiful view in an area that can’t be beat for seeing the Dolomites like you’ve never seen them. I felt safe and comfortable at Werner’s - definitely recommend

Such an amazing place!! I highly recommend and would love to come back for another stay! Located on the corner in a beautiful, tranquil mountain town with great views and free parking and EV charging directly across the street. Apartment was big, cozy, clean, and already stocked with some of the essentials plus local guides for the Dolomites. Giovanna is kind, helpful, and accommodating too!

We enjoyed staying in this clean and cosy apartment which is situated just up the hill from the town centre, reached by steps or escalator. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the various treats and provisions left for us. We'd be pleased to stay there again in the future.

Very nice and cosy apartment in a very center of Cortina - just a few steps from Corso. Shops, restaurants and skibus - all reachable within 1-2 minutes. The apartment is very clean and calm, with a wonderfull balcony heading southwest - ideal for home aprés-ski. Would be happy to come back.

Nessun problema di comunicazione con chi affitta. Posto meraviglioso, strada con una salita importante, ma sempre pulita dalla neve, con facile accessibilità anche con macchina due ruote motrici. Garage coperto spaziosissimo, appartamento con tutti i confort, come stare a casa, dotato di tutto anche per preparare ottime cene (da non sottovalutare il servizio che offre la cooperativa di cortina, che porta spesa direttamente a casa). Sinceramente non ho provato altre soluzioni, ma ho passato una bellissima settimana.

Stayed at this apartment as a group of three. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listings. Absolutely spotless with a phenomenal view of the lake. Parking on the premises was easy, and Giovanna showed us how everything worked and helped us find restaurants that were open in the shoulder season. She even ensured that we had access to the spa facilities when we wanted to relax one afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay at Diego’s place. Very friendly and helpful host, and the apartment is exactly as described. Walking distance to a good restaurant and cafe, perfect as a hub to explore the Dolomites. Would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Perfekt zum Skifahren. Das Skigebiet ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wenn es Probleme gibt, ist die Gastgeberin sehr bemüht schnell Hilfe zu beschaffen und ist immer gut über Airbnb erreichbar.

This experience was a dream come true in the middle of nature. I will never forget the panoramic views and the incredible scenery surroundings. The house was very quiet and clean with a kitchen that is equipped with everything to need to cook or live for longer periods. Nice breakfast and respectful owners. We will come back soon.
