Our property Alba e Tramonto hosts 2 apartments that can be rented also togheter and is located in a privileged position overlooking the Bellagio promontory and the lake. It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. Located 5 minutes by car from the historic centre, it is the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquillity.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. The apartament is 7 minutes by walk from the train station from which you can get to malpensa airport, Milan and Como Lake. All these locations are between 20 minutes and 30 minutes by car. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room,bathroom and a kitchen. We also have a private garage where you can safely leave your car. Raffaello apartment located in the ground floor of VILLA Michelangelo, ensures a comfortable and charming stay thanks to the traditional features of historic home of the lake, such as the prized wood beams in the living room and numerous details in the decor, on all the charming wood burning oven ideal for all types of cooking. The interior layout includes large living room of 50 mq with spacious sofas, that can be transformed into comfortable beds at occurrence.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake.
