Large living room with double sofà-bed and kitchen at ground floor. Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower. One bedroom at first floor with 1 double bed and three single beds. The apartment is just near the public square but in heavenly side, the parking slot is about 150m far from the apartment. Apartment near Como Lake (4 km). Possibility of biking, hiking and golf 2 km away. The centre of the town, is made of beautiful medieval buildings constructed with stones. Sports available nearby: Golf, MTB, Trekking, Horse riding, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Kayaking, Swimming. At 200m away there are: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurant and a popular farm many appreciated by tourists and local's people for delicious dishes. Menaggio is about 4 km from Cardano in Grandola ed Uniti, Porlezza is about 9 km from here. Heating: as a consumption. In cold periods when it is necessary to heat the apartment the heating is on consumption (max 36 € per night, will be charged at the end of the stay). P.S: Swimming pool is closed from October until 30 May. Cleaning service provided from external company.

"Mezzogiorno" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Mezzogiorno” is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (25 minutes steep walking /5 minutes driving), you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Historic farmhouse, Lake Como

The original 19th-century stone structure has been recently renovated according to the dictates of green building. Fattoria dei Castagni is a farmhouse in the woods 5 km from Lake Como. The view of the surrounding woods and the valley will guarantee you tranquility and relaxation. As it is a farmhouse within the property, there are animals including goats, sheep and chickens. Sometimes sheep bleat or the rooster crows, keep this in mind before booking!

Casa Olea is a small residence made of 4 apartments, with private pool and garage. Every room of the house has view on the lake and each apartment exits on the garden separated one to the other by a jasmine hedge. Everything is designed for the guests to feel comfortable and to make their holiday on Lake Como unforgettable.

Ale's house is located in San Fermo at the end of a private road. The property overlooks a completely agricultural valley that guarantees a stay immersed in the quiet of nature. Ideal for families or small work groups who want a quiet environment surrounded by the greenery of a valley, but at the same time with all the comforts and proximity to shopping malls, road networks and hospital. Bellissimo appartamento vista lago, in stabile con casa adiacente abitata, sito in zona rurale a 5 minuti di auto dal centro, immerso nel verde, con presenza di animali e di una piccola fattoria in attività. E' possibile accedere facilmente a numerosi sentieri per escursioni e piacevoli passeggiate. Nelle vicinanze ci sono fra le più belle spiagge a libero accesso non attrezzate . Nei pressi si trova anche la piazzola dell'elisoccorso.
