Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Como

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

Such an incredible place to stay, the view is even better in person! The place was very spacious and every room had an incredible view of the lake. The kitchen had everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. It was also very quiet and relaxing. Claudia was great host, she even picked us up from the train station as there was bit of rain on our first day. This was such a great first impression! Will definitely be back if we ever return to Como :)

We loved our stay. Fabio is an excellent host. The apt is really nice, and there are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Beautiful apartment and amazing views, exactly as described. Host Paola was very helpful and the check-in info was easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and water pressure great (for older building). The location was amazing – being on the water in a quieter town. Bellano was definitely the choice for us. Other more popular known towns such as Bellagio and Varenna are definitely worth the visit but too busy and touristy for our liking, even end of April. The main purpose for our trip to Lake Como was the Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, another very beautiful and less touristy town, especially early morning. Orrido di Bellano is definitely a must see. I can recommend Bar Truth where we stopped for lunch (great pizza) and Bar Testori where we had our last morning coffees, fresh croissants and paninis to go. We would definitely stay at Paola’s if/when revisiting Lake Como again.

This Airbnb was hands down our favorite stay for our entire trip to Italy. very very clean, absolutely beautiful, and a great host to boot! There are a few excellent restaurants within walking distance. the locals are great as well. The view was amazing. We truly didn't want to leave.

The most beautiful place🫶🏼 Arrived home after the most beautiful 3 night stay in Radus home and wow is all we could say! The view is really something else and the photos do not do it justice. Radu was extremely responsive to all my enquiry’s leading up to & during our stay and also sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat and visit. After reading a few reviews about the walk from menaggio to the villa we can clarify you most definitely need a car if you don’t want cpr at the top🤣 Transport usually stops around 5/6pm for the buses, taxis and we found even ferry’s meaning it was a lot walking back to the villa especially after eating. In the day there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away making it super easy to get up and down. The accommodation itself was superb and was very well equipped, even with refreshments on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall our stay was more than we could of imagined and would stay again…with a car this time🤣

Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was our second time here. We are extremely satisfied and would love to come again. It’s a beautiful stone house. Two year ago we stay on the lower flat and this year on the upper flat the view is breathtaking and the host is as good as it gets. The restaurant near by, Trattoria Del Fagiano have delicious food at great prices.

We had a very great stay in Francesco's very nice apartment. Everything worked out great. The apartment is very nice and modern. Wonderful views to the lake and the mountains. Very quiet despite the proximity to the city. Ideal location, good parking, everything very safe. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

The apartment in Blevio is excellent with beautiful views of Lake Como. The access is full of charming cobbled streets. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with excellent cooking facilities. Aude was a great communicator and we enjoyed our stay exploring Como.

An all-round recommended accommodation: Top location: breathtaking view of the lake • quiet but still only 5min to the ferry port and to a small supermarket • 10min walk to the center of Menaggio • many good restaurants in Menaggio, one of them only 3 min walk from the property • several hiking routes directly from the apartment • Menaggio is also very suitable as a starting point for excursions by boat or car Top amenities: There was nothing missing. Everything clean and we felt very comfortable. Part of a residential complex of about 20 residential units, partly private apartments by Italians, partly commercial apartments. The pool was still closed in April, it seemed like the area was just being renovated so it is certainly a good value in the summer. Top hosts: Stefania was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic visit! Sabrina was a great host, and her home was amazing. Sabrina offered to pick us up at the train station and helped us to feel right at home as she showed us around the apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The apartment was in walking distance to everything. We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place and we hope to return someday.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Claudio's place is in a convenient location, but also maintains peace and privacy. It's within walking distance to the train station and groceries, as well as nice restaurants. The space was clean and bed comfortable, I would recommend this place for couples.

Very fresh and good accommodation with very nice and helpful host. Domaso is a small and quiet village, a good restaurant right across the street, more within a short distance. Operated main street directly outside but the home itself still protected. Nice pool, good beach and swimming in river in walking distance.

The four of us (2 couples) spent a weekend in this pretty apartment. It is superbly furnished, large enough and was as shown in the pictures. For us, it was great that the apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and yet close to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen also looked well equipped (but we did not use it). Communication was quick and very helpful and I could get in touch at any time if I had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

very nice and clean house, in a very quiet and strategic area for visiting Como. Parking in front of the house, where you can spend the evening relaxing. Very clean house, excellent communication. Highly recommended!
