Nice and cozy studio recently renovated and refurbished. The Gina house is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center ( 150 meters) and a few steps from the station, nearby you can find many restaurants, art and culture, bus stop, free and paid parking, taxi, supermarket, bars and pharmacies. The intimacy of our apartment makes it perfect accommodation for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. The accommodation: the strategic proximity to the central station allows you to arrive in 10 minutes to Riomaggiore, the first of the Cinque Terre and to follow Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, 20 minutes from Versilia, Viareggio and one hour from Pisa airport. With a walk through the city center (15 minutes on foot) along Via Prione, the shopping street, you arrive in front of the sea where you can visit the tourist port of the city from which ferries leave for Portovenere, Lerici, Cinque Terre and Portofino. Guest access: a complete apartment equipped with kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner, washing machine, iron, ironing board, linen rack, hairdryer, TV, essential linen service. Interactions with guests: meeting at the check-in for the delivery of the keys, full availability for advice or problems, and at the check-out for the return of the keys. A gracious and welcoming studio appartament, recently restructured and renovated. Gina’s home is located next to the historic centre (c.a. 150 metres away), next to the train station. Near the house you will be able to find a large number of restaurants,art and culture places, bus stops, free and non free parking spaces, taxi, supermarkets, bars and pharmacies. Our appartament offers a delightful stay to couples, people who travel on their own for work or not and families. The place: being close to train station, you are able to get to the first village of the Cinque Terre called Riomaggiore in only ten minutes and then to the other four villages Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso. Also, you only take 20 minutes by train to get to Versilia and Viareggio and one hour to Pisa airport. In the city centre long via Prione, the shopping street, you can take a 15 minute walk to the seafront where you can find ferry boats to Portovenere, Lerici, 5 Terre and Portofino. Access for our guests: the appartament has a kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a washing line, a hair dryer, a tv and essential linens. Interaction with our guests: we will meet at the check-in to give you the appartament keys and at the check-out to have them back. Also, we are able to see you in case of any problems or suggestions.

This is a new apartment with private entrance, private big terrace with magnificent sea view located in an Unesco protected nature park. Beaches and town center of Lerici are only 10 min drive. It is part of a house with 4 other apartments and has a shared swimming pool. Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc.

Old traditional house renovated following old 5 terre style but using design elements. It fins to everybody who wants to spend a romantic holiday in a enchanted place with a big private terrace/garden. It's located close to the train station at 1 min walk from the Love Path and 2 minutes from the sea side. All bars, restaurants and shops are close by and its central position will allow you to enjoy all 5 Terre and the Love Path.

The rooms, located on the second floor of a 19th-century house, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea-coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden below the house.
