Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

House in the countryside and total peace! The view is just great. Two-story house with a nice outdoor space. Silvano did not meet him in person but he was always attentive and present in being available in case of events. Perfect stay!

The apartment is functional and comfortable, well placed to discover Lake Como. Parking space was welcome. Overall we had a nice stay.

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

Riccardo's place is well organised and comfortable. We had enough space for 6 adults and 2 children for 5 days. He is a friendly and helpful host who responded and reacted immediately when we reached out for help or questions. There are shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the house, and it is easy to get the boat further into the lake from the port 5 minutes walk away.

Very warm welcome by the host, available if needed. The accommodation is peaceful, clean and warm, unfortunately having stayed there off season (winter), there were not many activities nearby. However, we had a pleasant stay and took advantage of the beautiful weather to visit the surroundings by car.

Our stay at Bruno and Chiara's was a break in a green setting. The house is beautiful, green, flowery, stones, woods, finds, personality, warm, atypical, cosi, comfort, neat decor, shaded... Close to multiple beaches of Colico, and Lake Como, towns and villas, botanical gardens = beautiful!!!! And what about the hospitality: Chiara: adorable, ultra responsive listening and taking care to make sure everything goes smoothly: booking, follow-up, check in, during the stay, check out. Bruno: ultra welcoming host, who give lots of restaurant tips and activities, he is available whenever we need him. He knows how to pamper his guests. Thank you Bruno for your kindness!!!! We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at Alessandra's place on Lake Como! The location is fantastic – quiet, surrounded by nature and with a magnificent view of the mountains. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and we particularly liked the new bathroom. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, with a clean pool, barbecue and a playground for the children. The separate laundry room with washing machine and iron was also very practical. The property consists of a main house and a side house. We rented one residential unit in each of the houses. The second unit in the main house is occasionally used by Alessandra's aunt, who also greeted us very warmly and was available at all times. The contact with Alessandra was also warm and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Alessandra, for your hospitality!

The house is beautiful, very clean and functional. When we arrived at Laura's place, the view took our breath away. We had a lot of trouble leaving the apartment. Access to the villa is not convenient but the view is worth a visit! We will come again!!

Very much enjoyed our stay! The house is really fully equipped, super tidy and clean and is in a beautiful location in the mountains. The pool is shared with the residents of the other residences on the residence, but for the most part you have this pool to yourself. The residents are super friendly and would love to have a chat with you in Italian 😁 Colico at the lake is a cozy little place where you can eat and drink. This is fine to walk down in a 25 minutes (we with 2 children 5 and 9 years of age). From Colico you can easily reach all sides around Lake Como. We are definitely recommend this stay to others!

We've really liked staying at Alberto's apartment! Great place, cozy, very convenient, has everything you might need. Very close to the lake, the view from the terrace is beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and easily accessible at all times – you immediately feel welcome. The house is in a quiet area with a fantastic view of the mountains – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the generous space: the house is very spacious and the well-kept garden offers plenty of space to play and linger. Ideal for large families or even two families traveling together. We will be happy to come back!

This place is a little gem in a very small place that doesn't have much to offer otherwise. You need a car to explore the magical area. From here you can visit all the beautiful places around Lake Como - Bellagio is only 10 minutes away by car -, stroll through the picturesque towns or linger on the lake. In Limonta you have peace again in front of the usually many tourists in this attractive place and can enjoy sunrises and sunsets, breakfast and dinner on Mary's unbeatable terrace. We had very nice weather and a wonderful time there. Maria welcomed us, explained everything and offered her help. She gave us a very clean, functionally well thought out apartment with a few amenities, such as a bottle of wine for the arrival night and a small first breakfast in the fridge so we could arrive in peace before we drove out to the nearest supermarket. Thanks a lot! :)

The apartment was very clean and lovingly decorated. The welcome was very warm with flowers and snacks, as well as a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The view from the terrace of the apartment is stunning. The size of the apartment is perfect for two. The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped. Our 3 days in Angela's place were great. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning location, Andrea was a great host and very responsive. It’s a little walk from the parking space to the house so pack light! Or embrace the workout of transporting luggage as the location makes it worthwhile. The house was lovely, the bathroom is superb and the bed is comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the balcony with the view of the lake was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

We loved the trip to Bellano, the apartment has a gorgeous view, very clean and you immediately arrive downstairs in the city. It is a 4-minute walk to Orrido di Bellano. It's worth it, clear!

We had a really great stay. Gianna's kindness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

Very impressed! Host was great at communicating and offering recommendations in regard to dinner which we took up! Once the bus route was established it was easy to get to and from town. Property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!
