"Alba" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Casa Olea is a small residence made of 4 apartments, with private pool and garage. Every room of the house has view on the lake and each apartment exits on the garden separated one to the other by a jasmine hedge. The main attraction of Casa Olea is its stunning view of Lake Como, the hill and Vezio Castle, and the surrounding mountains. Everything is designed for the guests to feel comfortable and to make their holiday on Lake Como unforgettable.

The property is located in a quiet place near Lake Como about 5 minutes, three minutes to the Iperal Fuentes shopping center, one minute to the bike path... if you want to use the barbecue there will be a surcharge, We accept dogs and cats with agreement with the owners.
