Surrounded by nature, HOUSE POADA is located in a panoramic position at about 400 metres above sea level, in the territory of Mandello del Lario, a charming town on Lake Como, on the bank of the Lecco branch. It offers stunning views of our beautiful lake and loved “Grigne”. It provides a peaceful heaven for those who love nature and tranquillity: you can choose between a wide selection of experiences for relaxation, sport, culture, food and adventure in a unique scenario. The house is located directly on the "Sentiero del Viandante" (Path of the Wanderer), an ancient passageway that used to connect Milan to Switzerland. Nowadays, the trail climbs from Abbadia Lariana , to then enter to the foot of the Valtellina. It has a total length of about 45 km and therefore it has to be organized in stages; depending on the level of training, the course is divided up into 3 or 4 stages. Due to the frequent intersections with the railway line Lecco-Colico, you can complete one stage at time, returning by train to the starting point. The modest height and the excellent exposure of the path make the route crossable in every season. Moreover, you can find many other hiking trails all over the place. The residence is easily accessible by car, going through 500 meters of private road surrounded by greenery, starting from Somana, a picturesque hamlet of Mandello del Lario. Here you will find a welcoming home, hospitality, love for nature, history and traditions of our land, the passion for sports and mountains, as well as the desire to socialize with new people. The farm, recently renovated, is mainly dedicated to the production of oil, thanks to the hundreds of olive trees planted here. They are ideally located on the slopes of the hills: the climate and the favourable nature of the soil allow us to produce high-quality oil appreciated in Italy and abroad. Near the main house you will also find our friendly Tibetan goats, and some sheeps

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, surrounded by the greenery of the Imagna Valley. House complete with kitchen, bathrooms, shower, sofa, TV, WiFi, outdoor tables, barbecue space. Possibility of walks in the countryside on foot or by bicycle, proximity to farms, proximity to spas, restaurants and pizzerias. Run by a farm, upon your arrival you will find a welcome basket with their products. The last stretch of road to reach the accommodation is unpaved.

"Alba" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Beautiful apartment with lake view, in a building with an adjacent inhabited house, located in a rural area 5 minutes away by car from the center, surrounded by greenery, with the presence of animals and a small working farm. You can easily access numerous hiking trails and pleasant walks. Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches with free access that are not equipped. The helicopter rescue area is also nearby.

The property is located in a quiet place near Lake Como about 5 minutes, three minutes to the Iperal Fuentes shopping center, one minute to the bike path... if you want to use the barbecue there will be a surcharge, We accept dogs and cats with agreement with the owners. In our environment there is a small farm consisting of donkeys, hens, calves, ducks and rabbits, three dogs and five cats...
