Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Macerata

What a nice place! The house was clean, the rooms spacious and we enjoyed the beautiful nature in the area. The privacy was also top – wonderfully quiet. Actually, the only downside was that we only booked one night. We would have loved to stay longer! Giannina is a top host!

We were very well received by Ilaria and her mother. The explanations were perfect and complete. Accommodation was as described, large, clean, quiet and well-equipped. The surrounding area is gorgeous. thanks for everything.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. Everything was just fine.

Lovely place - really far from everything - quiet area. Giorgio and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Google translate was a great help as we didn't know much Italian before departure. The family made great recommendations in the nearby cities. Assisi, Forlignio and Spello are really beautiful cities. Great pool was used every day-everything is cared for and cared for every day for the enjoyment of guests.

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this property. It is clean and spacious and in a fantastic location close to all the amenities in Sarnano. We loved the open fire on an evening. The garden and games room kept my children occupied for hours. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxing time in a beautiful area.

It was the most wonderful holiday and especially we want to highlight the surroundings and in the house but also Frediano who was in charge of helping us with contact with restaurants, etc. He helped us a lot, and since we were a larger group of different families, we also had different needs so that had to be adjusted from time to time. We can recommend a stay here at any time, we felt completely at home and want to come back in five years. Thanks to Frediano again, you were a huge help to us!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The suite is really very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the hills of the Jesi countryside. The spa (with sauna, steam room and emotional showers), the Jacuzzi, fitness tools and the corner with smart TV and sofa help make the stay complete with the necessary comforts for those looking for well-being and tranquility. Highly recommended.

Have just spent a fabulous week at Casa Margherita. Absolutely beautiful house with fantastic gardens and breathtaking views. Pool was used every day despite the slightly cooler weather. Fausto was so friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of spaces to socialise or relax on your own. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.
