Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Massa and Carrara

I Pini is the smallest and the middle one of 3 detached houses fairly close together. The house and location are stunning, with many glass doors and windows. The house is flooded with light and is modern, well equipped and furnished, really comfortable. I had the best holiday sleep ever! The views from every room are stunning, the gardens and pool are immaculate. We would love to return. Christina is a very busy lady but she replied quickly to our every question. After 3 days our car was badly damaged and she was wonderful, communicating with the local garage and unresponsive Europcar. Cristina even chauffeured us to and from Lerici next day so that we could make our boat trip. All this with a charming smile and interesting conversation - her English is excellent. Cristina's lovely niece, Georgia, took us all the way to La Spezia to collect a new car and insisted on staying until we were sure that we were happy with it. These are good people, well organised and efficient. Mille grazie

Corniglia is the perfect balance between activity and quiet. Antonella’s place is away from the hubbub but just a short walk from restaurants and shops. Great experience! Antonella is a lovely, thoughtful hostess and the accommodations were great!

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

we loved our stay at Claudio's wonderful place. So beautiful, so pristine, a beautiful environment, a real paradise and very comfortable. We could rest and enjoy the beautiful walk straight from the house. Walk towards Mulazzo and find the riverside... so beautiful

Staying with Maria was super pleasant and quiet. The surroundings were super nice and we really enjoyed the great view. We slept great in the quiet surroundings. Maria was very kind and accommodating and gave us great tips.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

It was a great stay! Close to the train station, also close to supermarkets Davide always attentive to all our needs and questions. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, very comfortable and clean. I recommend it.

A perfect location to explore the local area. well equipped with everything you may need. Nearest Carrefour is 10 mins walk. Some steps are avoidable by wheeling up the road from train station. Lots of toys and games for young children and some English books to for both adults and children. Good selection of oil and seasoning and water with some toiletries for the first night. Communication was good when there was an issue with check in and help was provided. Very quiet area away. Lovely private outdoor space. Thank you

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

Beautiful apartment, host and perfect welcome from Mr. Bruno. Airbnb location very close to the port (from which line 2 departs for the Cinque Terre) while further away from the central station. The only downside: the beds are a little uncomfortable. Thank you very much to Fabrizio but also to Bruno!

A perfect place to stay for a wonderful trip in Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is the perfect place to stay and Irene was a perfect host. Very economisation and knowledgeable on the local area. A great location for access to restaurant, train stations and sea views.

We sincerely thank Giulia for hosting us and for her kindness. She recommended places to see and gave us clear explanations on the path to get to Spezia Miglianira train station. We really enjoyed her place because it is very spacious with a master suite and 2 bathrooms/wc. It is very well equipped, clean and its large terrace allowed us to enjoy sunny days. The neighborhood is quiet. No problem parking and being able to walk to the station is a real asset. Our 2 night stay to visit the Cinque Terre was a success.

Our stay at Stefanos was amazing. His apartment is a perfect refuge in the beautiful cinque terre area and he is a fantastic host who considers all the things you may need. The apartment is beautiful and so convenient! (It is so close to the train station but super quiet and with a beautiful view and does not require walking up any stairs!) Would highly recommend!

Although I only stayed for one night, my experience here was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - just 50 meters from the sea and a quick 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view - the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Speaking of wine, I was pleasantly surprised when the host generously presented me with a complimentary bottle - such a thoughtful touch that made my short stay even more special! The location in the center of Riomaggiore meant easy access to all restaurants and local shops. Despite being in the heart of this charming village, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for enjoying Riomaggiore.

Lucia’s apartment is beautiful! She was very accommodating to our 10 month old baby and set up a little cot for him to sleep in which made it easy for us to enjoy the amazing little patio with the best view once he went to bed. Thank you again for having us!!

The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive. Once again, a huge thank you to our host!
