In this small residence, the perfect place to escape from the daily grind, you can spend your holidays between dips in the pool and aperitifs on the terrace, enjoying the tranquillity provided by the natural surroundings and the unforgettable views. The swimming pool is surrounded by the greenery of the communal park and can be used from June to September.

The house on the lake: relaxation and meditative tranquility, Orta

Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
