The suite is 80 square meters and consists of: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two sofas, a table and chairs, and a bathroom for exclusive use. A crib and/or cot can be added upon request. The suite is equipped with double glazing, mosquito nets, a minibar and a breakfast corner. Independent entrance in front of the pool for exclusive use. Karta Tree is part of the House we live in and that we decided to share with those who come to discover the magical hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The Radici room is the only room you will find on the ground floor, adapted for people with limited mobility. In its essence, the furnishings are reminiscent of the beauty and strength of the roots, which allow the tree to embrace the earth and lift into the sky with grace.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia and our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence.
