Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Pavia

The property is very nice and our dog appreciated the garden. The area is secluded and quiet, but not too much to not be able to reach the comforts. The owner is very kind and helpful.

I stayed with my dog the second week of July 2024, the welcome and stay were excellent. The owners, who live in the same building, are available if necessary. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Externally, the home is very well cared for and structured so that everyone has their own privacy. Recommended!

Beautiful style house completely renovated and equipped with 2 kitchen. The owner Roberto is very friendly and available. The secluded villa is conveniently located in the area to visit the surrounding villages to Milan.

Maria is a very thoughtful and warm-hearted hostess. We arrived completely soaked at Maria's and were immediately asked by her to enter the house by the fireplace to warm up. After we washed our laundry, Maria cooked an excellent dinner for us. The next day we were able to continue our journey dry and well fortified. The house is very quiet, so we slept wonderfully. There was also a safe parking space for our bikes. We can really recommend staying with Maria.

I stay at her house every time. It's super clean. I like the quiet countryside and the feeling of being in the wilderness. Even if it's a business trip.

My stay in Pavia with Anna was great! The room was very cozy and clean, and the atmosphere made me feel like those real Italian homes. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh strawberries that Anna gifted me – they were juicy and sweet, perfect - for sure I will remember that.

I celebrated my birthday with them, a beautiful location both inside and outside, very kind hosts and super available at any time to make everything as I imagined. We had a themed party designing step-by-step every detail together and it was more beautiful than I could imagine. Zoè created not only a fantastic environment but also worked on every last detail to make it perfect for the theme of the evening; starting from large decorations such as boards and wall set-ups to small details for the table, all personalized with the utmost accuracy and taste. The house inside was very clean, very nice and very well cared for. I'm so glad I chose this place and I'm sure I'll come back to them to celebrate other occasions.

Filippo was a wonderful host, and extremely responsive — when we had a problem he got back to us in minutes! The house is beautiful, and has impossibly gorgeous views and sunsets. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The villa is located in the Monterodondo region of Gavi, located on a hilly ridge just a few minutes drive from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway toll booth, not far from one of the largest Italian oulets. The area is quiet with open views of hills and woods. The property is spacious and well-kept with decor that recalls English country houses: it has on two levels of three bedrooms,two full bathrooms and large common spaces with kitchen and dining room beyond the living room;no air conditioning,only fans. Private outdoor parking. Nice girdino with delicious pool for exclusive use. Comfortable and reserved living room.
