Spend a few relaxing days in Cremona without sacrificing independence and comfort. Music-inspired details, cozy spaces, well-kept rooms and a subtle blue theme will accompany you during your stay. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to visit the entire city. Violino azul is not visible from the main street because it is inside a period setting, typical of Cremona. The house is independent and on two levels. The lower floor is accessed from an independent entrance inside a small courtyard. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a fireplace and a smart TV (Netflix subscription included). The kitchen and bathroom are adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is new and equipped with all appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine, much appreciated if you stay longer. Going up a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large double bedroom and a small terrace. In the double bedroom, a crib can be added on request, included in the price. Guests have access to the entire house. I live and work near the house. I'll always be available for whatever you need during your stay. I'll personally hand you the keys.

Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

Accessible via a paved road. Ideal for those seeking peace.

Castellone Pianello Val Tidone House with Garden

Casa Castellone is immersed in the green of the Piacenza hills, located just 5 km from Pianello Val Tidone. The house, arranged on two floors, offers on the ground floor a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and basic appliances, the dining area and with the living area there are two stone fireplaces. On the first floor two bedrooms: one with a double bed, terrace and dedicated outdoor bathroom and another with double bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Outside a large terrace and a garden.

Wood-burning heating (included), the entrance consists of a terrace with south exposure.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
