Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Sassari

Ludovica's apartment, great, no complaints, everything is perfect, cleanliness, location. Ludovica communicates with her hosts, makes sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is modern, very well-equipped. We spent 9 days with 2 teenagers. If we return to Sardinia, we will return without hesitation to Ludivica.

Quiet location, great accommodation with amazing views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on what, for the restaurants nearby. We would be happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Luca and Elena were perfect hosts, they made themselves available, made sure we didn't miss anything. The directions provided to access the listing were clear and concise and we were able to find it without difficulty. Elena is very warm and responsive when you ask her, she sent us valuable information about restaurants, activities, places close to home from day one. The accommodation is clean and functional, we see that it has been modernized (decor/painting) while keeping the typical side of small beach houses. The view from the terrace on the marina is very nice and the beach which is 1 min away perfect for sunrise/sunset, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (La Cinta) 10 min drive. There are small shops within walking distance 2/3 min on the harbor. It's a real favorite, I can only recommend them:)

Very, very nice place! Super clean, large and beautifully decorated, great terrace very, quiet and close to the beach. Danilo was always available, very friendly and had great tips for the area. We had a very nice week in Palau.

Had a wonderful stay at Giuseppina’s. Perfect location for the beach, old town, marina and restaurants. The accommodation was lovely, with everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds. Giuseppina was really helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we return to Alghero.

What a wonderful apartment, we (as a family of 5) felt at home from the first moment. Christina personally welcomed us and the fridge was filled with little surprises. Each had their own room with a large, comfy bed and private bathroom, which ensured privacy. The living-dining kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to cook and end the day together. From the terrasse you have a fantastic, wide view of Dorgali and the mountain massif. We went hiking every day and the area is perfect from starting point. Everything was perfect and we can 100% recommend the apartment and Christina's hospitality.

The accommodation was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-field induction stove. The hot water worked flawlessly everywhere and there were comfortable garden furniture in sufficient numbers. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which can be reached in a few minutes' drive, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we have also enjoyed several times. We loved the whole area and our landlord Matteo and his team are easily accessible at all times if you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks Matteo!

We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!
