The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the cable cars and the bustling main street, which had charming shops and fantastic restaurants. Plus, the nearby bus stop makes it incredibly convenient to head over to Mottolino. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From crockery and cutlery to pots, pans, toaster, and even a caffetiere, the kitchen had all the essentials to whip up meals after a day on the slopes. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but I was impressed with how quickly the host responded to my concerns. Their attentiveness made the process much smoother, and I appreciated their willingness to help. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Livigno.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Vor allem die Aussicht ist einfach fantastisch. Der Whirlpool und der Spa-Raum waren natürlich auch toll und einfach zu reservieren. Wir haben mit unserem Baby und einem befreundeten Paar schöne Tage erlebt.

Tolle Unterkunft, die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der Blick auf den See war einfach atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war auch super klasse - wir hatten unser Auto kurzfristig eingesperrt und uns wurde schnell und einfach geholfen 👍🏼 Klare Weiterempfehlung

Wir war zu 5t in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten wunderschöne 12 Tag. Die Sache mit der Hauptstraße muss man leider erwähnen, weil sie wirklich sehr laut ist. Aber der Blick am Morgen direkt auf den schönen See und der direkte Zugang zum See macht das wieder gut.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s place in San Martino, Val Masino. Valentina was an incredibly welcoming and kind host, making us feel at home right away. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the village, close to bars and shops, which made everything very convenient. One of the big highlights was the private parking space — a huge plus, especially during busy weekends and holidays when parking in the area can be challenging. The apartment itself is very cosy, beautifully maintained, and sparkling clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family with child, including thoughtful touches like board games for relaxing evenings together. This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful lakefront view condo, snow mountain in the distance, swan in the lake shore, and a not so busy but lively square below the apartment. The rooms are perfect for our group of 9, both adults and teenagers enjoyed the space and views. The host is very responsive, helpful, and friendly as we checked in after the hour. The only small thing is that I wish the apartment had some sugar, salt, detergent for washer. It would make it convenient and homy for travellers staying for just 3 nights.

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement et tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement est propre et conforme à la description. Et surtout la vue est époustouflante!

Simona’s place was a charming slice of Italy! Cozy and rustic house nestled on the side of the Lake Como. The balcony and view over the lake was breathtaking. The house had everything we needed - very clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it is a steep walk up, but not an issue if you are aware. Simona was a great host, very helpful and responsive. We appreciated her helping us up with our bags. Thank you Simona. We would definitely come again!
