We were only passing through, still felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back on occasion. Nice ambiance and great, helpful hosts.

Matteo is a charming host, he provided a lovely breakfast and he offered great conversation too.

Good welcome, clean and pleasant room and bathroom. Small downside regarding the railway line: noisy on the 1st night, but fortunately there was no train from the next day June 9 until September because of work on the line. Enjoyable self-catering.

Sylviana and er husband were very friendly. The helped with the nice spots on the lake. Nice clean room and breakfast.

The room was lovely with a spacious bathroom, and the garden is a good retreat due to the many different plants if you don't want to go out. Marco and his families were very nice and gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do. You can walk very quickly to the beach or downtown, where there are many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Again our stopover station on the way south, and the property is ideally suited for that: cozy bed, good location and wonderful breakfast, plus a very friendly and open hostess - what more could you need?

Giuliana's place is amazing, very clean and cosy. She accommodated our delayed check in which I really appreciated. Giuliana also offered help with our broken car, thankfully we didn't have to use mechanic. She got ready our breakfast. We have spend just a night but it was a pleasures to meet Giuliana. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to feel like at home.

We stayed with Luca and Palina on our way back north from the summer holidays. The place is comfortable and clean, and the hospitality is great. We really appreciated the access to the garden having two dogs with us, and the possibility of sheltering the car that was loaded with luggage. The distance from the highway is reasonable, so for us who needed to make a stop it was perfect. For those who want to take advantage of the beautiful garden in the evening and dine on the terrace, a tip: have a good mosquito net... Thank you Luca and Palina 🙂

Very quiet place, and very hospitable host and present always responsive and helpful

This stay is excellent. I found a lot of attention and warmth in this family. Laura , Alberta, and Irene are available at all times and kindly respond to all our requests. I feel at home . Laura , Alberta and Irene are now more than hosts for me but new friends.

We had a great stay at villa Lavinia. The house is beautiful, the room is really big and the swimming pool and garden are perfect for relaxing. Laly, the daughter, was a perfect host, as the parents were on holiday. We enjoyed staying here and it was a perfect place to visit lago Maggiore and lago d’orta. Thank you Laly for the nice stay, the good care and the good breakfast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enza's place. She is great at communicating and provided us with everything we needed. We parked our rental car right in front of the property, from there it is a short drive away from beautiful Como and Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Simona has an absolutely beautiful home. We woke up and had a tasty breakfast, and our kids had fun playing with their two very large dogs. The rooms were amazing, the living room we got to use was stunning, and the courtyard with the jasmine and wisteria was perfect. Simona was a joy to visit with, and she offered suggestions on places to visit and eat. As we were going into Switzerland, she informed me that we would need a toll sticker to use the toll roads there. This was something I wasn't aware of, and likely saved us a very expensive fine. This is a great place to travel to Malpensa Airport. The hosts picked us up at the airport, which was really helpful and easy to coordinate. The place comfortably slept our party of four. They also helped to organize a cab ride for us to take to the airport for our 6am flight. I would definitely recommend!

When you come here it is not only for the accommodation but also for the atmosphere that reigns there. Lucas and his family welcomed us into their home, here the word family makes sense. The breakfast, the view, the possibility of cooking are really great. If we come back to the area we know where to go.

La Casetta is a very clean apartment and cared for in every detail. It really feels like you're at home. It is very quiet and the rooms are spacious and bright. Francesca is very kind and caring . Breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. I hope to be able to stay at this stylish property again.

Both the host and the place were perfect for us when we arrived in Milan in the evening. Super clean, comfortable and quiet apartments and a very helpful and friendly host. The cafe within a 5 minute walk was great and added to the stay. Highly recommended.
