Welcome to Ptown! We're located on the east side off Bradford on a quiet, green street just a short walk from the harbor and town center. The house comfortably sleeps six upstairs and has lots of room downstairs to relax, make and eat meals, savor the ocean air, and otherwise enjoy the company of those you're with. Built in 2014, the house is in excellent condition, with modern appliances, refined furnishings, and uniquely beautiful features. It's a very special property in a very special place!

Designed and built by a furniture-maker, “The Porch House” is the larger of two side-by-side dwellings in a two family arts and crafts style house. Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. Pet fee $20/n/pet. Must sign pet agreement. Bookings 2026: MAY - 3n/min. JUNE thru SEPT - 7n/min and only SAT-SAT rentals. OCT. 03 -17 th - 3n/min.

This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Upstairs has an open-concept bedroom suite with a full bathroom, three skylights and views of the Pilgrim Monument. BOH-24-255

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.

All rooms are on there own level giving lots of privacy for families or groups EV charging capabilities across the street for up to 6 hours during a stay.
