Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Riverside cottage

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Charming mill (18th century) fully restored, in a private estate not overlooked. Classified cottage 1h30 from Paris, located at the gates of Burgundy and wine routes. Ping pong table, free access to the tennis court (racquets and b***s provided) , boat ride on the river . Quiet, total silence. Organic pool ,golf and farmhouse, close by . Great hiking trail. Working remotely thanks to fiber optic .

The Seine, between river and Fontainebleau forest

Relax in this peaceful house, a former caretaker's house on the banks of the Seine. It consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed of 180x200, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with separate toilet and a pleasant terrace, all in a very quiet environment, without any neighbours or adjoining houses. The house does not directly overlook the river, which is 50 metres below.
