Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

Entry through the kitchen, a bathroom, a large dining room with stairs overlooking a pool room. A living room with fireplace and a staircase overlooking 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The floor therefore has 7 beds including 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom + 1 SD

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).
