The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. If you'd like, you can buy it as an extra service for €80. Please notify the landlord in time for the additional service.

We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. Located on the 7th floor, this bright home features a north-facing French balcony, a 160 cm pull-out sofa bed, and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave&oven, induction stove, and capsule coffee machine. The bathroom offers a washing machine with detergent, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE!
