I was born in the Mexican state with the most complex and varied selection of ingredients that made Puebla become the birthplace of the most delicious dishes in the country for the world. As a child I grew up surrounded by cooks and aromas in the family restaurants and with them I learned to create and replicate the passion for our gastronomy.
