The house is spectacular, fully cared for in detail and with all your needs. It is in a totally isolated environment, without neighbors and without traffic, the only neighbors are the cows. We had a rain weekend so we couldn't enjoy the garden but this place stays on the list of those we repeat for sure because it's worth it. The views of the valley are incredible and David, the host, is lovely, accompanied us to the house and was attentive in case we needed anything. A super recommended place!!!

Highly recommended. We spent two nights, a group of 8 friends. The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated, has all the details. We were very pleased, and looking forward to repeating.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. We have been staying in the La Niña house 6 people and it was an unbeatable stay. The house is in a rural environment in the middle of nature where you can enjoy very nice views and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city but in turn it is also close to the most touristic places in the area. The house is very cozy and offers all the necessary services and is as seen in the photos and description. Álvaro as host has taken care at all times that our stay was the best and to resolve all our doubts before and during the stay in the house. I recommend it 100%.

The stay at the Palvalle house has been LUXURY. The location with those views over the valley is breathtaking. The house is pristine and we have enjoyed a lot with our dog.

We spent a few days at Esmeralda's place and it couldn't have been better. The house is great, with everything you need; the location, perfect: surrounded by countryside and cows; and well communicated. Esmeralda super attentive to what we might need; and her lovely parents. Between all they have made our stay, some unbeatable days. Our enchanted children: they have allowed them to give bottles to the calves and with all the available field they have passed it phenomenal. On arrival they had left in the house several sweet details for the kids and us; and they gave us eggs from their chickens and fresh milk every morning. 100% recommended. We will definitely repeat more times. Of those places and people that are worth knowing.

This charming studio cabin is situated in the foothills of Cambria . Beaches are really close by 10 - 25 minutes , great to explore the coastline especially east of Santander . Nice restaurants by the coast but we found the best restaurant serving high quality Spanish food just down the road in Suesa called « bonabo » so friendly , but the homemade food was just so good. The cabin is basic but well situated. Shower and toilet very small. The garden surrounding is excellent for dogs, there are animals in the fields surrounding the cabin, our dog wasn’t worried about them and didn’t worry them. A lovely little place to go.

An idyllic place to rest and enjoy the most authentic Cantabria. Horses and cows free graze on nearby lands. The views from the terrace are what it takes to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. Great for going with friends, as long as you're looking for tranquility. Conchi has been very attentive from the first moment. To repeat!!

A house with a lot of character with a nice garden next to a small river . Close to Liérganes and driving distance to the beaches and Santander. Marta is a welcoming and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this cottage in Arroyo, Cantabria, very close to the Embalse del Ebro. We were traveling as a family and, after an unexpected cancellation of another house at the last moment, we found this place almost by miracle, but what a nice change! From the first moment, Fermín, the host, was incredibly kind and understanding with our situation. He greeted us warmly and made sure we felt at home. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped for families, with its four rooms ideally distributed for all, three of them have a double bed. The environment is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the outdoors. In addition, the house was very clean and has a magnificent garden to enjoy with sunbeds and barbecue among others. Thanks to Fermín, what started as a problem ended up being an unforgettable stay. We'll definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

A very well-kept house with a beautiful garden. There was room for everyone and we were able to have a very quiet weekend. The host Teodoro was very friendly and there was no problem getting in or out of the house.
