The house is 5 meters away from the beach. Wake up with the sea at your fingertips, enjoy the calm and privacy of this unique beach home surrounded by an exquisite patio, a sculpture garden and beautiful landscaping. This house also counts with a large balcony with a dining table.

The apartment is a single room (34m2 without the terrace), with a separate entrance, accessed by an outdoor staircase. It has a large private wooden terrace, with a nice ocean view and a hammock.
