Facing the sea of Bolnuevo, this house has belonged to our family for over a century. We have spent the best summers of our lives there. Although it retains the structure and layout of the original home, we have renovated it and equipped it with all possible amenities to turn it into a spacious, peaceful and unbeatable place to rest or work, enjoy the beach and the attractions of the area at any time of the year. It's not a flat, it's not an apartment, it's a house.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
