we enjoyed our stay, it is a little out of town but right opposite the water and a good restaurant next door (bravo caberras)

Fantastic apartment and great view. Very comfortable and spotless cleaning. We were in a couple and two small children and the space was very good providing comfort for all. Spend the late afternoon drinking wine on the balcony and looking at the lake will be one of the great things you will do in this apartment. Indico very much and I am sure that whoever comes would be very pleased.

Maria Eliana's apartment is just like the pictures. Super comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. We could see a beautiful sunrise from the window. It is super comfortable because the parking lot is covered and the entrance to the depto is by elevator which makes it very convenient if you are with a lot of luggage. It has a 24 o'clock reception with very friendly people. María Eliana is always attentive to needs, she allowed us to check out a little later what we came great to see Puerto Varas clear since we had touched 2 days of rain. We loved the depto, although it's not super close to downtown it's lakefront in an area of many restaurants and the hike downtown is beautiful! Thank you very much for everything We recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Well located apartment; with many details that make you feel welcome; modern, small but well used terrace, quality furniture in general. The shower and water is 7.0. Sheets and warm and clean linens. Impeccable towels, kitchen cloth, heater that you require to take only a while; and a long etcetera. We stayed one night, and it was fully compliant with the listing and features. Thank you so much.

Matías' apartment exceeded our expectations. It is in excellent condition, clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient, with quick access to transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication with Matías was fluid and was always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. The bed is comfortable, the spaces well distributed and everything worked perfectly during the stay. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

Karina was very welcoming and loving to welcome us into her home. He was always looking out for us to communicate so we were doing well. Her home is very cozy, which gives us a wonderful stay in the 2 weeks we were. The location is fantastic, since it is a quiet sector, with warehouses nearby, 5 min. from supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pastry and a medical center (our daughter was sick from the stomach) and on the other hand minutes from downtown and towards Puerto Varas gave us a fast and accessible route through Alerce. So our trips to different places were optimal by guiding us with maps. We sincerely appreciate Karina's trust and hospitality for leaving her beautiful home in our hands, where we felt at home, very happy!

The place is nice and quiet. Minutes away from Frutillar but if you want something closer, this is not the place. Ideal to enjoy a few days of relaxation, with all the amenities offered. We were a little difficult to get there, I think the directions can be improved. Suitable for pets with an extra charge 👌 The place was clean, although it was missing in some places but nothing terrible. One of the rooms had 2 armored beds instead of 3, which Manuela accessed once she was able to see the message to put it together quickly😉. If you want all 3 beds, please give the notice to be ready. WiFi works great. The house is comfortable and cute. The shower has little water pressure🥹 It has a washer and dryer, ideal for renovating clothes if you have been traveling for a while🙏 We couldn't get to know the common space where the games were and quincho, by time. If you are going with another family group or friends, there is only one exit control for the gate, which can be uncomfortable.

Very cool and warm house! Maximally equipped for a comfortable life. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking facilities. There is beautiful nature around, the view from the windows is pleasant. We asked in advance about the speed of the Internet and the host specifically purchased Starlink so that we could work remotely comfortably! And there were really no problems with the internet speed. The hospitable hostess welcomed me warmly, gave recommendations on locations and was always in touch. We'd love to come back for a longer time! Thank you!

A beautiful stay at the home, the place has everything you need, clean, central, with a good patio, the interior of the house very nice. We only had one issue with the kitchen counter, but this one was quickly fixed on the same day. Pamela is very friendly and attentive, always available for 10/10 inquiries.

A very good location, close to Puerto Varas and the airport, a very quiet area with a lot of privacy, a very nice view, a comfortable cabin with everything you need. We highly recommend it.

Apartment with all amenities in an excellent sector with a safe environment and large green areas, supermarket and businesses nearby. Locomotion in the center a few steps from the condominium. Williams was very friendly and always attentive to my messages.

Very good treatment from the host, we arrived about 30 minutes before expected, and he had no problems to accommodate our schedule and make delivery of the house, the house was very clean with a very pleasant aroma gave us all the directions to the stove, the TV and the keys, he was always attentive to any requirement, the place very quiet we had a locomotion nearby and was easy to arrive for the Uber or Didi. A 10 out of 10. We came from the 5th Region, and this accommodation we accompanied it with some tour services and it was perfect to tour in 3 days the different tourist spots that the Lagos region has, so excellent experience.

the accommodation offered by Sebastian is very bright, very cozy and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. moreover, Sebastian is really an exceptional host with whom the word 'welcome' really makes sense. he gave us lots of recommendations nearby and the breakfast he offers is just extraordinary!!!! he is gargantuan and the bread is real homemade bread. a delight! really a place to stop if you pass through the area
