We came to spend a short weekend with family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The exteriors are super well maintained, my children were able to enjoy the pool and the games provided (slide and trampoline). The interior is just as well maintained with beautiful decoration and you feel really good there. Everything you need is available. We arrived at the end of the day, it was dark and Mrs. Welch stayed by the road and on the phone to guide us to arrive safely. She is a very kind person, attentive and is present on the premises to meet needs (if there are any!) We had a really nice weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you again to you Mrs. Welch for everything.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at Alain property, well situated within a quiet relaxing secured environment. The house was very clean and with all the amenities needed and with great views from the terrasse and balcony . Communication with Alain was easy and helpful. The village of Grimaud with restaurants can be easily reached by foot in few minutes and the beaches of Pampelone, St Tropez or St Maxime are very close by car. Thank you Alain, we will come back and sure will recommend your property.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful place. Our dog Kajo was there, who especially enjoyed the large, fenced property. We particularly liked the fact that you can walk to the village or take nice walks directly from the house. You really only need the car for further excursions. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Laurence and her husband welcomed us very warmly to their family home. We discovered a very pleasant place that perfectly matched our expectations: to be able to have a stay with family, children, grandchildren in complete safety (the pool and hot tub are well closed), close to the sea and all amenities. We will gladly come back, because we feel at home in this peaceful haven tinged with family happiness.

An exceptional location on Cavalière beach. Set back from the tumult and a stone's throw from all amenities. We put the car down and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. Jacqueline is lovely and available. Top.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at the villa. There was enough space for 8 adults, 4 infants and 1 baby. The decor was stylish, but rather outdated. The beds were old and rather uncomfortable. The outdoor area was fantastic. We would book the villa again.

Located in a quiet area, however you need a car to enjoy the attractions and run errands as needed. Accessible parking in front of the accommodation. The view is tirelessly magical, every window is a painting! The garden of cypresses and olive trees is full of small nooks and crannies: the swimming pool cleaned twice a week, with games, mattresses and umbrellas, a ping pong table with all the equipment, a petanque field equipped with an incredible sunset over the mountains that extend to the sea, a second outdoor meal table sheltered from the olive trees… Because of this wild environment, the property is quite difficult to access, the arrival is by mountain roads in two directions but can be made by only one car at a time, a hit to take! This is an authentic AirBnb: the house is not intended for rent but is inhabited year-round by its owners who stay in an annex during the summer. There is therefore everything you need, but the services remain quite simple (low wifi, no laundry detergent or dryer, no extra bed linen or towels, towels...) and the house is not suitable for young children (no possibility of a baby bed, terrace without railing, no swing as indicated in the listing...). There are 3 double beds, the other beds are extra beds. Finally, given the level of service announced, a small welcome attention would have been appreciated...

Located not far from the highway, so easy to access, but totally quiet in the hill, Céline's studio is carefully furnished. The outdoor space allows you to enjoy the sun, and the small touches are a plus. Céline is an attentive and responsive host. The parking space is an undeniable asset!
