Amazing apartment and the view is breathtaking! Attention to details! Thank you! Be warned about the parking. Plan ahead and park in a longterm parking. Downtown parkings are often full!!!

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Gorgeous home base for a fun and relaxing family vacation; teens/young adults can venture out on their own AND have privacy in their own rooms. Fabulously stocked kitchen including soap, some cooking staples. Markets Tu/Th/Sat are right outside the door offering fresh produce, incredible prepared foods, cheeses. Too many nearby patisseries to count!!! Impeccablely maintained, lots of linens, towels. And it was great to have a washer/dryer. Beautiful operable windows, amazing afternoon sunlight drenched the living room. Would definitely rent again. Loved every minute.

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Quiet, but walkable to all of Aix centre. We walked to dinner every night and came back to a peaceful house with a private backyard and pool. Having parking was a huge benefit and management team of Emma and Silvio was so helpful. Emma was very responsive. We fit 8 people comfortably with 3 couples and 2 singles.

We were hosted very well. The information provided before our arrival is clear and reassuring. The environment is conducive to rest and the accommodation is fully consistent with the description and photos. We loved the calm, the space, the pool and the welcome reserved by our hosts who showed availability and attention.

We stayed for the second time and enjoyed it again to the fullest. Magali is a wonderful host and very helpful and always friendly. The place is very nice and also perfect for families. There are great amenities for kids. Seesaw, swing, Mikado, footballs, games and much more. Unfortunately, we had two days of rainy weather, but were able to make ourselves wonderfully comfortable in front of the fireplace or in the jacuzzi. The children also had plenty of room to play under the huge covered terrace. We recommend the place 100%. There are great hikes and Provencal villages to admire in the surrounding area.

We stayed one night at Andy's place, and it was really nice! A little studio so cute, very well thought out with everything you need. The place is really beautiful and relaxing! Plus, communication with Andy has always been fluid: he's very responsive! Thanks for the welcome:)

This is one of the best AirBnBs we rented so far! The house is clean, and the view outside is AWESOME! We had a BBQ on the terrace and watched the sunset together. We recommend this place to anyone!

Apartment located on the seafront on the ninth floor with a breathtaking view of the gulf. The full wall windows in the living room looked like a picture. Clean and functional apartment, well equipped with everything you need. The garage provided is very useful because there may be parking problems in the area during the busiest periods. On foot, on the waterfront you can easily reach Saint Raphael and all its bars and restaurants. There is a very well-stocked supermarket behind the building. On Sundays, on the waterfront, a characteristic street market is set up. Dominique was very friendly, both during check-in and in providing us with information about the place.

Small studio in a quiet serviced apartment, a little out of the way from Aix-en-Provence. Very beautifully decorated and comfortable although not very bright. The small terrace in front is part of the large terrace upstairs so not super intimate but at the end of the floor so quiet anyway. Everything you need in the studio and even a few condiments to make food and toiletries. Everything was clean and tidy.

Magnificent week at home from Nicole, kind and friendly like her husband, perfect location to walk to the beach on the waterfront, cozy garden and car parked inside the garden. The only endicap was the weather , but in April you can't expect it. Unfortunate the week chosen.

We could not have had a nicer experience! Marine and Yassine were so welcoming and accommodating. The space was beautiful, very comfortable, and in a great location! We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers aged 11 and 14. The setting was idyllic and very relaxing. The apartment was perfect (clean and well-equipped) and the host was very active. The mattress on the couch was excellent. We had left the room for the children. We only have one regret which is that we should have stayed longer so we felt good there. Certainly we'll be back 😊

We stayed at Arnaud's place for 5 winter months. The perfect place to spend the winter. Close to the beach, and it was up to 22 steps. Next to the apartment, great area for running. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. A great starting point for exploring the Côte d 'Azur. The apartment has a very large balcony with a beautiful view and the possibility of eating a meal. Beds in both the bedroom and living room are very comfortable, with plenty of storage space. A very kind and helpful host if needed. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Very well located, charming, clean, large apartment with a superb terrace overlooking the port. Benedicte deserves her title of superhost as she was precise, responsive and pleasant despite her non-presence on the premises.
