I have 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with sofa bed and a large pellet stove. From my terrace you will admire the beautiful Magra valley and the sea. I am halfway ( 14 km) from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana and the Apuan Alps (Cecina field 1300 meters).
