For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg.
