They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Shopping such as bakery and supermarket are also within walking distance.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
