"Viento Azul" is a small house located in the La Barra area, 10 km from Punta del Este. Check-in 3:00 pm / Check-out - 12:00 pm Sleeps 3. The property of 1800 m2, all fenced, has two homes, one opposite, not rentable and a very complete monoenvironment, independent of the house, surrounded by trees and plants. The Jacuzzi is for optional and exclusive use, has hot water and jets for whirlpool (additional daily cost of $300 per person) TV with optional Direct TV, Wi-Fi and A/C. The criollo stove is conditioned with everything needed to roast. There is an ocean view terrace and a pergola deck.

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and winter garden. Located in a quiet area, facing the San Vicente mountain and a few blocks from the beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The buildings are handcrafted by Adri and Tato and have clay interiors and a living roof, which provide the interior with good thermal insulation and warmth. (There are 2 dogs, 3 cats)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just steps from the beach. It has a bedroom and an extra single bed if needed for children. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Grill and a place in the garden to enjoy your stay. Public transportation stops at the corner, downtown Maldonado is 10 minutes away, and Punta del Este is 15 minutes away. Restaurants and shops a few blocks from our guest house.
