La propiedad cuenta con lamparas solares con detector de movimiento afuera (en la entrada) y en todo el patio, así que si cortan la energía en el sector, esta propiedad seguirá iluminada afuera en la entrada y en todo el patio. Las cámaras de seguridad son también solares. Además tenemos para la piscina un sistema de calefacción solar. La calefacción de las duchas es a gas.
