A une encablure de la plage au coeur d'un quartier résidentiel, cet appartement propose un confort d'exception. Sur site, une jeune femme nous a acceuilli chaleureusement et a fait preuve de la plus grande disponibilité. Aussi, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour y séjourner plusieurs jours !

L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt, hat uns in der Wohnung alles erklärt. Des Weiteren war sie immer für Fragen zu der Umgebung erreichbar und war auch diesbezüglich sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Sizilien fliege möchte ich gerne wieder in diese traumhaft schönen Wohnung buchen.

Il nostro soggiorno di tre settimane nella casa di Gabriele è stato ottimo. La casa è molto bella, pulita e provvista di tutto. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che consente di andare al mare in cinque minuti. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso, davvero confortevole. La presenza dell'aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti ci ha permesso di affrontare i giorni più caldi senza stress. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Die Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt bei Rosa war super! Wir waren zu zweit dort und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, hat zwei Balkone, ist mit allem ausgestattet. Rosa und Corrado waren total hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Apartment mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Großzügige Räume, gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Küche top ausgestattet, absolut alle technischen Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Nicola war ein großartiger Gastgeber - immer erreichbar, super flexibel bei Check In und Check out, sehr hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps. Als ein einmal die Heizung/Klimanlage nicht wollte kam Nicola in wenigen Minuten persönlich vorbei, organisierten einen Techniker und blieb, bis das Problem gelöst war. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen können. Tolle Sandstrände in der Nähe. Parken beim Apartment an der Straße ohne Probleme.

Appartamento, host e zona spettacolari. terrazzo con vista mozzafiato a tutte le ore.. appartamento grazioso arredato con gusto ..con tutto il necessario.. è come sentirsi a casa.. comodissimo per due persone.. al mare arrivi a piedi in due minuti in una spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata dove si può anche mangiare .. Salvatore gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.. torneremo sicuramente

Chiara jest wspaniałą osobą, bardzo uczynną. Gdy napisałam, że z Ragusy autobus odjeżdża tylko do Marina di Ragusa (ok 10 km od Donnalucaty) sama zaproponowała, że przyjedzie po nas samochodem! (my używamy komunikacji publicznej). I tak się stało! Po drodze pokazała, gdzie warto zjeść, gdzie jest supermarket, skąd odchodzi autobus do Modici i Scicli. A samo miejsce jest idealne na pełny relaks. Dwa kroki do morza, długa malownicza plaża, a z tarasu mieszkania jest piękny widok na morze i drzewa, można podziwiać zachody słońca, a rano i wieczorem słuchaliśmy treli ptaków. Czuliśmy się jak w raju. Mieszkanie urządzono ze zmysłem artystycznym ("morskie klimaty"), wszystko co potrzebne znajdowało się na miejscu, kuchnię wykorzystaliśmy maksymalnie korzystając z dostępności świeżych ryb i owoców morza na targu oraz wspaniałych warzyw (okrągłe bakłażany!). To dobre miejsce także na wypady do miasta Modica (godzina autobusem), a mając samochód warto pojechać do Ragusy itp.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

Villadamuri was perfect for our four nights in Pachino - couldn’t be closer to your own private beach, kitchen is super well equipped if you want to cook in and the separate upstairs apartment with an incredible view is a bonus. Viviana was a lovely host, left us thoughtful welcome gifts on arrival, gave great local recommendations for Noto, Pachino and Marzamemi and organised a Sicilian cooking class for us at the villa. We’ll be back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Aldos Strandhaus. Anfang Oktober hatten wir den Strand, der direkt vor dem Haus beginnt, häufig ganz für uns allein! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Der Einstieg ist flach, der Sand weich und das Wasser kristallklar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen in 10 bis 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge gemacht nach Syrakus, Noto, Marzamemi und mit unseren zwei Jungs natürlich auch zum Ätna! Alles empfehlenswert! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und seine Frau war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation, auch mit Aldo, einwandfrei! Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub in Aldos Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Appartamento ampio e luminoso, con balcone soleggiato. Molto pulito. E' situato sulla passeggiata lungomare di Marina di Ragusa, vicino alla piazzetta pedonale con bar e ristoranti. Alessandro è stato gentile e disponibile.

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

Perfect place to have as a base to discover that area of Sicily. Having breakfast in the garden outside looking at the sea was lush! Excellent recommendations from Salvo, Paolo’s son, who, together with his mamma, is an excellent host, being super responsive even after having left the property. Our personal favourite recommendation was the walk around Vendicari’s nature reserve with lunch in Marzamemi. Bellísimo! Grazie Salvo and mamma!!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Wir hatten als Familie zu viert eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft von Stefania war sehr sauber, hatte eine super Ausstattung wie beispielsweise Strandspielsachen für die Kinder, sämtliche Küchen- und Kochutensilien. Das Haus war gemütlich und hübsch dekoriert. Die Außenbereiche waren ebenso schön! Stefania war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben hat. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wurde uns ebenso überreicht. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

We booked this Airbnb for our honeymoon for two weeks. It was the perfect location. Right on the beach, so we could hear the ocean at night and within walking distance of dozens of restaurants. The hosts were kind and responsive and the locals we talked to were all very friendly. It was truly the dreamiest honeymoon in a beautiful town.🩷
