Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020, può ospitare fino a 9 persone senza compromettere lo spazio libero di nessuno. Dispone di un ampio giardino esterno di 4000mq, ingresso e parcheggio privati.
