Holiday rentals with beach access in Punta Milocca

Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Our three week stay at Gabriele's home was great. The house is very beautiful, clean and equipped with everything. It is in a great location that allows you to go to the sea in five minutes. A quiet, peaceful, really comfortable place. The presence of air conditioning in all rooms has allowed us to face the hottest days without stress. Gabriele and his family were very kind and helpful.

Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Salvatore has a lovely apartment where we felt so welcome, comfortable and at home. We needed to change our accommodation part way through our week in Ortigia and Salvatore’s speedy responses, understanding and welcome treats when we arrived help make this stay an absolute favourite for us. The apartment is lovely, stylishly decorated with everything you need. Loved the small outdoor terrace and big windows for light. Location is exceptional - you are in the heart of beautiful Ortigia though it’s so peaceful. All you need is easily a couple of minutes walk away - though if you don’t want to wander more than a couple of steps there’s a cafe directly opposite. We were also very grateful for Salvatore assisting with parking - in a safe underground garage nearby on the old island for €20 a day. Much better than parking over on the mainland. As a couple, for your Ortigia stay - Salvatore’s place is perfect. Thank you Salvatore for a fabulous 4nights.

Alverios place is in a great area. Very easy to walk to the island and explore Syracuse. American coffe maker was an added plus! Parking can be an issue at times.

This is a fantastic location; you wake up next to a great beach and the view is wonderful. The place was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. You're close to famous Sicilian highlights.

We had a great stay at Valentina's place in Plemmirio. Beautiful surroundings and a very cosy home with a spacious terrace in the sun. Valentina was very responsive and helpful!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Great location, great apartments, recommended.

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. A brand new home. Excellent bedding and impeccable cleanliness. Laura is adorable and always reachable. A perfect place for the 4 tourists we were!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Great independent villa, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Exceptional communication with Paolo and Kora, as well as their kindness and availability. Fantastic location, 2 min walk from the sea, no more than an hour from many famous towns in Sicily (Noto -15min, Marzamemi -30min, Dubrovnik -45min). Close to restaurants and supermarkets. We appreciated the tranquility of the place and the total independence. We hope to be back soon and we will definitely recommend it:) Thank you very much!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

Loved our stay at this apartment. The unit was ideally located, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and the self check in and out made it super convenient when arriving late. Would stay here again.

Everything is great! Martina is a wonderful host! The terrace is wonderful with the beautiful olive tree, where you can eat nicely and enjoy the evenings.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

The listing is clean, according to the description and photos. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to Ortigia on foot and the daily market for shopping and not far from the bus and train station to get to Catania, Noto, Raguse etc. it is quiet which is good for resting at night. For those who are used to sleeping in complete darkness remember to take a mask there is no shutter and public lighting is present. Fabio is very responsive to messages and very friendly. Check-in time is easy and autonomous. We didn't miss anything, we had a lovely stay and recommend this place.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
