Warm wooden house on two floors above the beach in Punta Rubia, quiet neighborhood over the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera 1 km away and Cabo Polonio 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has PB with living room and integrated kitchen and full bathroom. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck that is seen in the photo, and another with a simple bed and two armchairs. There is also the possibility of turning into a bed, the lounge chair.Outdoorarray. Enjoy!
