All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You'll find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (with a stone slate top) and air-hockey. The noisy field is not a field, so the use of speakers is not permitted! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread across a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (10-minute walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and a unique warmth. (There are 1 🐕 and 3 🐈 on the property) Bikes available
