Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Puntagorda

The property is centrally located close to the main road yet very quiet. Particularly noteworthy: - Sensational views of the sea, both from the terrace and from the living room - spacious rooms - Nahum (landlord) is very helpful and friendly - right from the house you can make beautiful hikes - within walking distance is a good supermarket - Comfortable parking right next to the house

The villa is located in a large private park-like property in a sensational location about 300 meters above sea level. In March, the temperatures were usually very pleasant. We, 4 adults, enjoyed 3 weeks in this beautiful, very quiet and loving place. Sandra and Katharina are very great hosts and gave us a lot of tips and information. The house and outdoor spaces are very well equipped. The beds are 140 and 160 cm wide and very comfortable, but too narrow for this house category and our needs.

We had a wonderful stay in Candelaria’s home, and hope to come back. We’ve never been in an Airbnb so well equipped, and it was very clean and comfortable. Candelaria was very friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations. Don’t hesitate.

The house is in a very quiet area but well connected. We used it as a base to explore the entire island. The house is cozy and we were comfortable. What we highlight most is undoubtedly the different terraces and the garden. We really enjoyed being able to watch the stars on clear nights on clear nights. Finally, mention the cat company we were able to enjoy the entire stay.

A beautiful, cozy house in an absolutely quiet location. Perfect for those looking for relaxation or as a start for various hiking routes. Particularly impressive was the avocado plantation around the house, which gives the surroundings a unique flair. Due to the secluded location, we were able to completely switch off and enjoy nature. Absolutely recommended for those seeking peace and quiet!

We spent 4 weeks here, travelling around the island and working online. Wifi is fast and reliable - never had any problems. The house has a true Canarian soul - it was a very authentic experience. Everything is clean and nice. The beautiful, lush garden gives a lot of provacy. The host is friendly and responsive. We recommend this place to digital nomads and other travellers.

The house is fantastically secluded and has a fantastic view of the sea! Both the garden and the interior are very well maintained and tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything except a little more warmth. In March, it was often stormy with us and so you should perhaps have some warm sweaters in this higher location, both indoors and outdoors. The contact with Robert was extremely friendly and accommodating! Thank you for this great space and for sharing it with other people!

We had a very nice time in the studio ofCatalin, to highlight is the quiet location, you are quickly at the Calerda Taburiente and with great hiking trails but also to the sea it is only about 20 minutes by car. The wide comfortable bed and the fireplace, which was very convenient for us on a few cold December days, were also a highlight. The very friendly hosts and the manager were quick to help us with every question. Highly recommended for couples and single travelers.

Tomás's small house is a little remote and therefore very quiet. The view is amazing and the sunrises over the sea to morning coffee are priceless. Communication with Tomàs was very pleasant and friendly and he also speaks English. A very positive surprise was that the green artificial grass area shown in the photos with the sun loungers is new a small pergola with table, chairs and deck chairs. There is now also a hedge and thus you have a beautiful outdoor area with privacy. I can fully recommend Tomàs' house to us as a host.

A beautiful cabin built in traditional local style but with modern amenities. Would stay again.

The location in the center of Puerto de Naos was perfect. The apartment was super clean and well decorated. We felt very welcome. At arrival Teresa had even provided a bottle of wine, water and a cake 😊

Carmen’s home was very nice base for my week in Puntagorda. It was great to have the wood burning stove with wood, kindling, and fire starters provided, as a few evenings did become rather chilly. There is also an A/C + heater in the main bedroom with a remote control, so you can control it from the bed if you get hot or cold during the night. The small balcony is a lovely spot to watch birds in the field and passing hikers on the GR130, as well as a perfect place to the hang the washing (there are retractable clothes lines). Carmen is a very friendly hostess and left a very nice welcome gift of wine and oranges. The house is also conveniently close to a stop for the bus from Los Llanos; if you are coming by bus and bringing luggage, you don’t have to worry about negotiating any steep slopes or hills.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were really helpful, and even allowed us to check in early which was so appreciated. The house is even better than we expected from the photos, large but still really homely and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us - centrally located for exploring the whole island, nice and close to the capital and the airport but still really peaceful. The house has stunning views from the balcony, make sure to get up early to watch the sun rise!

We had a wonderful few days at that home. The pool and garden are fantastic and have all the necessary facilities to spend a few days relaxing.

Very well located, especially for those looking for peace, tranquility and privacy. The views over the countryside and the sea are very nice, but the sea in this area is little accessible and you can't swim here nearby. For swimming, you can use the private pool that comes included with the house. For swimming in the sea, I would recommend going to Playa del Charco Verde, more in the south of the island. It would be about 50 minutes by car. It is also very nice to go to the natural pools in La Fajana (also about 50 minutes by car (a more beautiful road than the to Playa del Charco Verde). The house is really perfect if you don't mind being a little away from people. But there is a small supermarket 1 km away, then it is not necessary to travel much to do shopping. The cleanliness of the house is excellent and in winter, the temperatures and the probability of sunshine are ideal for spending time on the terrace together at the pool. La Palma itself is a small but very nice and varied island.

This was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in many years in Airbnb. Authentic, clean, spacious with a spectacular view and great facilities (spa, pool, pickleball). It was well positioned to be out of the main town but close enough to get to if you wanted. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Octavio was a very attentive and experienced host. Highly recommend staying here.

We've been here for the second time. Simply fantastic!

The house was the most beautiful airbnb we have ever stayed in. The pictures that look so picturesque all correspond to reality. Designed with attention to detail, luxurious, comfortable, fantastic views and lonely location, beautiful garden with fresh lemons, oranges and herbs, sea views from the bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, hot water when showering, cozy towels. Alberto and his father Gabriel are very friendly, pleasant and reserved hosts who were always easily accessible. They even allowed us to check in before 11am and a delicious bottle of wine was waiting for us. The pool is a saltwater pool and therefore very pleasant. What you should know when you are on la Palma for the first time, the accommodation is so located that you have to drive quite a lot of curvy roads to get to other parts of the island. But so beautiful, green, lonely, overlooking the sea that it is worth the trip. We will be back. Thanks

This week was outstanding! The place made our multi-family stay truly exceptional. The heated pool and playroom were our kids’ favourite, while the superbly stocked kitchen and barbecue area outside left us adults with a big smile. To top it off, Roger warmly welcomed us, and Ian gave us on-the-spot instructions at arrival. It’s not a new build, but it’s ideal for families. It certainly has character. All in all, we couldn’t have hoped for a better host or place for us.
