Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! Log cabin ideally located overlooking Lake Chambon, we wanted to create a modern universe in a rustic chalet with a breathtaking view. Whether for a sports vacation or friendly moments with friends in this magical setting, the chalet will offer you little extras such as the hot tub, foosball or darts, which will liven up your evenings while enjoying the flame of the stove. The house is very spacious with five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

La P'tite Bergerie, a former sheepfold renovated in 2026, welcomes you in a real natural setting near the volcanoes of Auvergne. Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

Stylish chalet with private jacuzzi and magical views

Le A des Dômes – A-Frame chalet with private jacuzzi and panoramic views of the Sancy. Located in the peaceful village of Pardines, near Issoire and Clermont-Ferrand, it offers 2 terraces, a brazier area and a spa for moments of relaxation in the heart of nature. Wood is omnipresent, with warm decor and unique creations in solid oak. 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine (not suitable for young children).

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
