This peaceful 63 m² accommodation, located 500 m from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne, offers you a beautiful 35 m² living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc.), a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the swimming pool, which is shared with our house and heated in the early season. Parking at the back, small outdoor area in front of the pool.

All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

The Moulin de Flaujague is an authentic 17th century water mill in its central part. Later, an industrial tower was added. It is located between 2 arms of the Bassanne and has its own small lock and a small waterfall behind the bread oven. Once you pass the gate you are on an island surrounded by water.
