Holiday rentals with a balcony in Pyrgos Kallistis

Excellent stay in this apartment, well located, very beautiful and impeccably furnished (very comfortable bedding). Very responsive and accommodating hosts, we were only able to book 2 hours before reaching the accommodation very easily and also leave our luggage when we left for the day. We recommend visiting Athens!

A highly recommended apartment. The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was super tidy, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. You have to wait about 30 minutes before using the shower, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.

We were greeted by Simos on the evening of arrival even though it was past 8:30pm. We enjoyed the nearby bakery for morning coffee and excellent pastries. There’s 2 grocery stores very close so it was easy to get our food supplies for the week at very reasonable prices. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes and lots of towels. We walked to the Acropolis, the museum, and numerous plazas. We thought the access couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend this AirBnb.

Antouella and Christos were such perfect hosts! They were so understanding and helpful when there was a ferry strike and we couldn’t get to the island. They helped us look for ferries and figure out the best way to get there. Once we arrived, he had organized a transfer from the port to the place and was waiting for us there. They sent us an extensive list of restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, bars, breakfast and cafes, places to take day trips and any recommendations you could think of. They were very quick to respond during our stay with any issues we had. The place itself was so perfect, the bed is so comfy and the bathroom is so nice the shower pressure is amazing and the soaps they provide smell amazing. The balcony was so peaceful we would wake up and have a cup of coffee out there. The place was really close to one of the beaches but definitely be prepared to get your steps in as it is very hilly. Overall we had the best time here and the hosts were amazing! 10/10

It’s a very well connected place and our host was very communicative! The neighborhood is not super touristy but not far from area connected to acropolis. We enjoy our stay a lot!

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! The owner has been very welcoming. She provided a bed and a chair for our baby which we greatly appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Having a private pool was the highlight during our stay! The location is perfect to visit the prefecture of Chania. We would go back again without hesitation! Thanks for the treat, it’s really appreciated 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Evi’s beautiful holiday home. It is exceptionally clean and well equipped - Evi has thought through every detail and we hugely appreciated that so many useful things were provided (beach toys, oil, spices etc, toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc). It is incredibly spacious too and had plenty of space for our family of four. As a host, Evi is the perfect balance of super warm and welcoming, but also discreet and respectful of your privacy. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where great local restaurants were located, supermarkets and so on, and left us some wonderful Greek pastries. She even brought us some chocolates for the children and traditional pastries as we were there for Easter. We found the villa to be in the perfect location for easy access into Chania, the fantastic beaches on the west and south coast, and we also visited Knossos. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa to families and would love to return!

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

This place was absolutely amazing. The only thing that was not very expected (maybe it was me not fully understanding) but the pool is shared with other visitors in the other villas. There was not really anyone in the other ones with our stay so it was not a problem.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. We have just spent 3 nights at Envangelous apartment. We cannot rate this highly enough.. Costas with whom we liaised is charming, an example for all air bnb hosts. He met us at a privately provided and secure parking spot, and escorted us into the old town. He personally introduced us to the duplex apartment which is spacious ( has 2 bathrooms) and stylishly renovated in the heart of the old town. Located in a pedestrian eating zone, one is spoiled for dining choice. We breakfasted on our sunny balcony. Excellent insulation and air con ensured a good nights sleep. Recommended without reservation!

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

We can only agree with the enthusiastic reports. Constantine's Airbnb is perfect in every detail, from the high quality beds to the fully equipped kitchen to the sparkling clean bathrooms. Communication with Constantine and his staff was also professional and friendly. In short: If next time Athens, then definitely back here!

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

It was a great stay for our family of 3. Everything was clean, hosts were responsive, and the place is walking distance from main attractions in the city, but you can't beat the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the balcony - the perfect spot to end each day with a glass of wine.

I was looking for a centrally located spot to spend my last day in Athens. This was a great stay and it was very easy to walk to popular places. There are also excellent restaurants around the corner.

The home is just as described. We especially liked the great terraces and the great design of the accommodation. Within 25 minutes walk you are in the center, but there is also a variety of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

I had a really late check-in around 1:30 and Dimitris was there to open and show me the apartment along with insightful instructions for the area.The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made also check-out flexible. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!
