The fully equipped apartment is air-conditioned throughout, with Oceanview balcony, free WIFI, a 55" Smart HD TV, Steam sauna shower with monsoon shower head and 8 body jets. The location is superb. Walk to the Marina in 15 minutes, or the beach in 1 and you have all the shops, bars & restaurants of the Promenade on your doorstep!

Please be advised that this unit is a few hundred meters from a dog kennel and you might hear some barking. If you are sensitive to dogs barking please see my other units in the complex.

Welcome to this beautiful penthouse just renovated (August 2019) on two floors at the top of one of the highest buildings facing the sea. You will enjoy spectacular views of the beaches, the promenade and the characteristic village of Armação de Pêra. The absolutely favorable location at the beginning of the pedestrian area will allow you both pleasant walks along the coast and to cross the road and directly access the free beach.
