Casa do Rio is airy, safe, and has parking for two cars, a double bed, a sofa bed and two mattresses. It has a microwave, industrial stove and barbecue. It is not recommended for allergy sufferers, due to the high humidity of the forest. Contact with the owners can be made via messages, email and telephone. Casa do Rio is 3.5 kilometers from the village of Porto de Cima, where there is a market, restaurants and gas stations. The city of Morretes, with more structure (hospital, pharmacy, restaurants, gas stations) is 10 kilometers away. It's possible to hire transportation in the area for round trips. Guests can dine in the local village and hire tour guides for expeditions to the peak of Marumbi, Salto dos Macacos and other beautiful places in the region, as well as cycle tourism, boia-cross and train trips. Owners are not responsible for third-party services such as transportation and tour guides. The only telephone operator that operates in the region is Claro, and even so there is only a signal 200 meters from the property, in the direction of the village of Porto de Cima. Guests are advised to purchase a chip from this operator for any needs.
