Quiet established Neighborhood 1 bedroom Apartment

My wife, Linda, and I welcome you to relax in the tranquil atmosphere of our newly constructed apartment. It is in a quiet well-established neighborhood. We live on the premises and should be available most any time by text. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are accessible from exit 19 off 87, 2 miles from the center of Glens Falls, 7 from Lake George and 18 from Saratoga Springs. There are a great variety of restaurants and attractions within a short distance.

Cabin Getaway to Lake George

Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. **Please also read "other things to note" before booking our home. Thank you!* Our single-level home is in a safe, residential neighborhood. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
