Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Queenscliffe Borough

Wonderful home that’s well supported by property management. We had a great stay during a difficult time and Coastal Hideaways were a big part of making us feel really well supported.

We stated with another family where we all have young kids (<4yrs old). Having a backyard that was contained and with entertainment (trampoline and cubby house) kept the kids busy for HOURS while us parents could relax! Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have stayed with kids.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Belinda’s cottage. A super spot for us to enjoy. Highly recommend. Thanks!

This gem of a place is a quiet haven amongst all there is to offer in Queenscliff. An easy walk to gather supplies at the IGA, grab awesome bargains at Vinney's Op Shop, pizza and other restaurants and the Blues Train! The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and supplies of essentials to get started (coffee pod machine 😀). Our only suggestion would be to label light switches as we had fun trying to find the right one for the right room. Queenscliffe is a beautiful spot. Thankyou, Natalie, for sharing your space with us for a cousin catch up/girl's weekend!

Had a wonderful couple of days at Annie’s property. It is very well equipped and private. Also closed to many amenities. Would definitely return again if we drop by Queenscliff.

Fantastic ‘Old Lonnie’ beach house. Absolutely enormous! With a perfect layout for families. Was left in great condition and cleanliness, with a helpfully stocked kitchen and lots of extra welcome touches. 1min from the surf club and you can see the Back Beach path from the main bedroom. Would 100% come back! Thanks for having us 🤗

Kate is fantastic to deal with, this is an ideal location for us when we attend Queenscliff rod run loads of off street parking, Kate spoilt us with special treats to celebrate our 5th year of staying. There is always some new upgrades that make the stay even better than before.

Great stay! The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times. The house was spotless, peaceful, and offered plenty of privacy. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. The unit was immaculate and had everything you could need, right down to beach towels and breakfast cereal. It was centrally located and a great base to explore Point Lonsdale and surrounds. We enjoyed snorkelling, bike riding on the easy rail trail, walking on the beach and the lovely cafes and restaurants. Wish we’d had more time to do the wineries, spa and shopping.

We had a lovely stay at Merediths place - just what we needed to recharge the batteries! The unit was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and also a few little extra touches such as chocolates, sourdough bread and necessary pantry staples. Whilst we knew that Meredith was close by it was certainly a private and comfortable accomodation. We would stay again! Thanks so much for having us.....

Fantastic all round. The photos don’t do it justice. Perfect location, incredibly spacious and luxurious for a very reasonable price.

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of town and the history of the ball room lends a lovely quirky vibe to the place with a spiral staircase and a circular cellar room etc. Sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Kitchen had a wide range of implements, and crockery etc . Thanks kindly Leif for a grand weekend.

Great place to stay in. We were on the top floor and the space inside was extremely generous and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony of an evening taking in the lovely breeze. Easy walk to beach and town. Very quiet and restful surrounds. love to be back soon.

John & Suzy's place was the perfect spot for a midweek getaway. It was clean and cosy, and the location was hard to beat. Laying on the daybeds, or coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the ships go by, highly recommend!

Lovely space….really enjoyed the ‘cleverness’ of everything, particularly the bath. Although a small space didn’t feel it was lacking any luxury.

We loved staying at Melissa's property. It was immaculately presented and located in a private coastal resort which included access to a playground, tennis court and swimming pool. It was a short walk to The Sands Golf club and driving range, and only a short drive into town. Torquay is a lovely beachside town with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and spacious and the master bedroom had a wonderful view overlooking the first tee-off. There were lots of games for the kids and a basketball ring outside. Melissa was very responsive and understanding when we had to sadly tell her that we had accidentally broken something during our stay. Thank you again Melissa.

We had a lovely time staying at Kylie’s place. It had everything we needed. Such a peaceful area and friendly neighbours. A short walk to get coffee or dinner at the clubhouse and if you feel like a walk to the beach it was really pleasant.

Perfect for our two families. Having the pool and kids playground just outside the house was great. We were also surprised by how quiet it was in the area. The place was very well set up and had everything we needed. A perfect place to stay and loved that the front room was a bit separated from the other two. It meant our kids didn't wake eachother up. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in. Also, giant seahorse 👌
