Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)
Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Garden studio with private access
A private guest house in a lovely garden, a quiet retreat outside the city centre of Edinburgh. The main living area comprises a double bed, dining area and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle). This is not a full kitchen and does not include a sink. Off the main living area is a WC/shower room. Private access and a dedicated parking space is through a secure gate in a quiet lane. The city centre is a very easy 15 minute bus ride away and there are a number of regular busses.

This bright, modern cottage is cosy and furnished to a high standard with accommodation over one floor. Open plan lounge and dining areas include two double sofas, TV, DVD player and dining table, with French doors providing access to a decking area.

Stunning Studio with Outdoor Hot Tub
Our beautiful studio with spacious Hot Tub is close to Edinburgh Airport and only 5 miles from the West End. Perfect for enjoying all that Edinburgh offers, but with the peace and quiet of a rural location. Own transport is recommended but public transport is nearby so leaving the car and hopping a bus/tram into town is easy. Guests staying without own transport are likely best to rely on local taxi services of which there are several including UBER. Plenty countryside walking available also.

My place is a spacious one bedroom flat on the ground floor, in a coastal town just under 40’ minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or 45 minutes by bus. Ideal for those who enjoy walking coastal routes as the town has breathtaking views of the forth bridges. The town also has many restaurants, pubs, take away shops and supermarkets. My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.

The Wee Glasshouse
The Wee Glasshouse is a modern, studio apartment in the picturesque coastal location of Dalgety Bay. It’s designed to enjoy breathtaking views of the bridges and is situated on the Fife Coastal Path with its many beaches and woodlands. The Wee Glasshouse has features similar to our own house which was filmed for More 4’s ‘Building The Dream’. TV Presenter Charlie Luxton visited several times to record its progress and was aired in Jan 2017. In 2020 it featured in Scotland’s Home of the Year.

This contemporary studio is beautifully set with the famous Forth Bridges to the front and railway trail to the rear. Clever design allows the glass fronted living space to accommodate living, sleeping and cooking comfortably. The picturesque seaside town of South Queensferry is less than 10 miles from Edinburgh and has excellent transport links. If you wish to travel further Queensferry is excellently positioned to get to the rest of Scotland's attractions. Its simply a lovely place to stay!

Murrayfield Stadium is only 30 minutes away for concert goers and sporting fans. The village shop is a five minute walk away as are some lovely local pubs.
