With a view of the mountain, the chalet "Bergchalet Prantach" in Sankt Leonhard Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
