As a solo traveler for 3 days, I found it perfect. David and Fer are fantastic hosts and responded quickly to any questions. Also great local recommendations. When I arrived, I was initially concerned because it’s only a few doors in from a busy thoroughfare. But once inside no traffic noise! It is next door to a smoothie place where you can sometimes hear the blender and music, but they are only open a few hours mid-day and most people will be out seeing things at those hours. Very quiet. Unit sparkling clean as photos show. A smaller space best for 1-2 people but the design squeezes in every amenity imaginable effectively. Doesn’t feel constricted at all. Bright and sparkling clean. For those who don’t wake up with the sun (like me) I do recommend eye shades for sleeping as there are small skylights above bedroom that let plenty of light in…this is very nice during daylight hours after you wake as it helps the space feel open. Highly recommend!

The house is very quiet and in a nice place. Wide, well-lit, neat and clean house. 20 min to downtown. Good location and close to super markets and plazas. Quick departure to different locations in the state of Guanajuato. The lady responsible for the place is very kind, attentive and very accessible.

I stayed here a while back and had a good experience. It's a comfortable apartment with all the conveniences, including a kitchen. Thr neighborhood is calm and tranquil and the apartment was secure. The pillows were kind of firm but I got used to them after 2 days. The hosts were attentive and friendly. You can find cafes, shops and restaurants 1 min walk away on Hildalgo, to get to Centro it's around 5 to 10 min walk.
