The flat is located on the ground floor of a three-family house (three residents). The main entrance can be reached via a seven-step staircase, but there is also barrier-free access via the rear entrance. The flat (63 m²) has a living room, two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom can be accessed via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents of the building. The terrace in the inner courtyard can also be used in good weather.
