Acogedora vivienda con mucha luz en zona cercana al centro, a pocos minutos en transporte público, con línea directa de metro. Tiene ASCENSOR. El piso se encuentra en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, con un parque muy cerquita y comodidades de todo tipo (tiendas, restaurantes...) y a 30 minutos del aeropuerto. Su cercanía al centro lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid! Piso perfecto para una pareja, aunque tiene un sofacama doble en el salón por si viene más gente

A bright and cozy apartment located in a quiet area, very close to Alcalá Street, which is one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, and very close to the emblematic La Ventas bullring, with a bus stop at the same door that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and with a metro stop in just 5 minutes. Amazing studio near downtown

Cozy studio with lots of light just over 30 minutes by public transportation from downtown. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, close to supermarkets and 40 minutes from the airport by public transport and less than 10 by taxi/uber. Its garden, tranquility and proximity to the airport make it a perfect place to spend a few days in Madrid!
